Privacy policy

What this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

DigaPictures (Avagianos), a film production office in Lesvos, Greece, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data it processes. For any question about this policy or your data, email create@digapictures.gr.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Embedded videos

Our films play in Vimeo's player, which we load with Vimeo's "do not track" setting. It stops the player from setting cookies or tracking your viewing session. Vimeo still receives your IP address and browser details in order to stream the video. See Vimeo's privacy policy.

Fonts

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts sets no cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request. Depending on its security settings, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply and to work with you, and keep the correspondence only as long as the enquiry or project needs it.

Links to other sites

Links to Vimeo and Instagram take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email create@digapictures.gr and we'll reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes

We update this page when the way the site handles data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
